Benefits
Full time employees and their dependants are eligible to participate in a competitive benefits package after their first 90 days of employment. This package includes Medical, Dental, Basic and Supplemental Life Insurance through United Health Care, and Flexible Spending Accounts, (both medical and dependant care). Additionally, ASF International offers a voluntary vision plan through Eyemed Vision Care.
401(k)
ASF offers a 401(k) plan through Fidelity Investments® that allows you to save for your retirement utilizing thirty-five different investment options that provide flexible and worry free 401(k) management. Our plan is also designed to include a potential discretionary match at the end of each plan year which compliments the many pre-taxed benefits a 401(k) plan provides.
Holidays
ASF values time with family and the ability to share special holidays with them. We provide six company-paid holidays each year with periodic half days in addition to the paid full days off. The following holidays are celebrated each year by ASF:

Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day (and the day after)
Christmas Day (close early Christmas Eve)
