With the importance ASF puts on career development, we understand that is a process that doesn’t end with your initial new hire training. We provide on-going skill enhancement with our Employee Development program. This allows employees to be evaluated on their performance on a consistent basis, and then provide recognition for their successes, and feedback and coaching on any areas of opportunity.The sincerity and dedication by which this program is executed creates a trusting environment for the employee to truly work as a team with their Employee Development Specialist to achieve any goal they set out for.

Parties and ERC Events
With all the hard work our employees put forth on a daily basis, we understand that it is important to let loose every once in awhile. The Employee Relations Committee (ERC) puts on many employee appreciated events throughout the year. From great raffles to catered lunches to BBQ’s, ASF employees feel good knowing that we truly value and appreciate all the work that they do.
