How much does your billing service cost?

We work on a percentage of what we successfully collect for you. That percentage is based on method of payment, volume, average payment amount and level of service you choose. Because every business is a little different, you'll want to contact an ASF representative for a specific estimate.

Is ASF PCI-DSS Compliant?

Absolutely. In fact, ASF goes above and beyond PCI-DSS standards to protect our customers and their card information. For more information about our card security efforts, visit our Data Security page.

What happens when a payment draft rejects?

We immediately send an email statement and make a phone call to notify your member of the rejected payment. We let them know we'll be redrafting their account within the next few business days to bring them current. If the next draft rejects, the process is repeated until we collect the payment. We will draft up to four times per payment if necessary, and do everything in our power to keep them current and on their electronic method of payment. If we are unable to continue drafting them electronically, they are sent an email with a QuickPay link to make an immediate payment and set themselves back up on an electronic draft.

How much do I pay for follow up on payments?

There is no additional charge. In fact, you pay nothing until we collect the payment for you. The fact that we don't get paid until you get paid gives us extra incentive to perform well for our clients.

If you are handling my cancellations, is there a charge if I want to cancel a member?

No. We understand that contracts will need to be cancelled under certain circumstances (moving, permanent disability, etc.), and you are not penalized for cancellations you need to process.

Can your system handle rollovers for member renewals?

Yes, and many of our clients take advantage of this renewal option so they don't miss any member payments. When you enter a contract in our system, simply tell us if you want us to send a term renewal offer or roll it over to open-end. Either way, we can handle it.
