We don't make our clients sign a contract. Our goal is to keep your business through good performance and service. If for some reason you find that we're not a good fit, you're free to take your billing back into your own hands.

Only Pay For What You Need

Our billing services are customizable to meet your needs. You choose how much follow-up, if any, you want on your member payments and other drafts. We offer performance based pricing: you don't pay for payment processing if we are unable to collect it. So, if a member falls behind, you can be sure we will do everything in our power to catch them up.

Draft & Deposit Flexibility

You won't need to prorate contracts, or work around just one pay day a month, we have the ability to draft EFT and credit cards almost any day of the month, and we can remit the monies to you up to six times a month. We offer direct deposit for your funds at no additional charge.

Payment Follow-up

Calling on delinquent accounts, tracking down account information and resubmitting payments are just a few crucial steps to get the money you're counting on. After nearly 40 years of processing, we have it down to a science. Unlike our competitors, we have the ability to draft multiple times per payment per month, as long as we have valid account information.

All Revenue Streams Treated Equally

Long gone are the days of relying on just one revenue stream, so why isn't every billing company treating add-on payments seriously? ASF follows the same payment processing and follow-up procedures for them as we do for monthly dues. Whether you send us a one-time personal training package draft, or a recurring towel service charge, you can be certain we are handling them with the utmost care.

Quick Pay Via Email

If a member's EFT or credit card information isn't valid, we don't stop billing. We continue with our e-statements that offer a quick pay link to pay online. Or, if no email address is on file, we continue our collection efforts through monthly statements, late notices and phone calls.

Attrition Management

Designed to increase member retention, our rollover and renewal programs are automated and can ensure there is no interruption in billing at the end of a member's contract. We also offer a member cancellation management program to field and process cancellation requests. This keeps awkward conversations out of the club and reduces cancellations for invalid reasons.
