With our renewal program you can opt to send an automated renewal offer to members 30 days prior to their expiration date, or roll their account over to an open-end agreement so there is no interruption in billing.
Cancellation Management Program
Cancellations are the thorn in every facility’s side, and many cancellations are processed outside the terms of the agreement. Take this negative aspect out of your facility by letting ASF process your member cancellations. We have a dedicated cancellation group who are experts in member retention. They'll handle your cancellation requests from start to finish in a professional manner, and within the terms of your agreement.
