Organize Trainer & Instructor Schedules

Now your front desk, sales team and training staff will have up-to-the-minute availability information when it comes to scheduling appointments for your trainers. The Scheduler also accounts for trainer and instructor unavailable time, including: regularly scheduled hours, unavailability due to teaching classes and other unavailable times.

Text Alerts for New & Changed Appointments

Every new appointment, changed appointment and canceled appointment will automatically push through to your trainers via text message. This helps your trainers adjust their schedules to accommodate their clients and maximize their training time. If a trainer prefers not to receive texts, they can easily opt out of these notifications.

Member Training Session Tracking

Our Scheduler is fully integrated with our Point of Sale module for detailed tracking from point of purchase through fulfillment of each session in the member's package. As session packages are purchased, they are automatically added into the member's bank of sessions within the Scheduler. And, as sessions are used, they are subtracted. If you sell different types of training, private and small group, for example, each type of session is banked separately and you can choose which session type to decrement upon member check-in.

Extensive Reporting

Calculate trainer payroll and commission, run a list of sessions serviced, look at member purchase and usage history, post your group class schedules and more. Everything you need to determine the profitability of your training program is available at your fingertips.
