“In the past few years we have increased from one club to three and plan to open two more in the near future. We attribute much of this success to ASF, as we've seen higher revenue and an increase in member retention; giving us the resources to grow. We see ASF as a partner, not just our billing company. Over the years I have been solicited by other billing companies, but there is no comparison; ASF is the #1 choice for any size club. ”

FAQ's

How do I know if I'm getting the most from my marketing dollars?

Our software allows you to easily track how a prospective member found out about your club and why they decided to choose you over a competitor. Run reports every so often to see what's working in your marketing program (your last direct mail piece, for example) and what people are most interested in (i.e. prenatal yoga, free personal training session, etc.). Based on the results you can adjust your marketing and club offerings to make sure your money is well spent.

Why would Pass a Friend® be better than just asking for referrals in person?

Asking for referrals in the club might be easy, but do you think members remember to do so once they walk out the door? When your members receive their Pass a Friend® in the mail they will immediately take notice. It's sent in an oversized envelope that easily sticks out amongst junk mail, bills and other items they receive daily. It has four guest passes that they can hand out and contains an offer, determined by you, for prizes they can win for referrals. Having something in-hand is a great visual reminder for members to keep the referrals coming.

Do lead boxes really work?

Lead boxes, such as our TrialBOX™ program, are great for brand recognition in your community and are a good resource for prospecting. The success of the program, however, is dependent on where they are placed and they do require a little bit of follow-up on your end. We recommend placing the boxes in reputable business that have similar clientele as your facility. For example, if your target audience is women, a good place for your TrialBOX™ might be a high end salon. Timely collection and follow-up on the leads is another critical factor to the program's success. Assign an employee the task of collecting the leads once or twice a week and then establish a plan of action for follow-up. By entering these prospects into our software, you can make sure all follow-up is performed and track the program's success.

How much does ASF charge for custom projects?

We charge a $45/hour design charge, very competitive by industry standards, and work with you to create your vision. Once the design is done we work with a variety of vendors to negotiate the most competitive print and postage rates for you. The end cost depends on the amount of design time involved, and what type of piece we are creating.
