As long as you're an ASF client, you will have unlimited access to training for you and your staff. Member and Child Care Check-In

Our hybrid check-in system combines the benefit of live Internet access with the reliability of an automated backup database at your club. Our clients with key card clubs or multiple locations find this to be an essential feature. We also offer a secure and easy online child care module that links the child and member accounts for quick verification.

Point of Sale

We know how important it is for our clients to track their inventory, services and revenue generated within their club. Our Point of Sale delivers immediate information, with foolproof back up. If you're not in the club every day, you can still get online and see real time revenue information.

Scheduler

Make your personal training program more profitable with our Scheduler. It organizes private and group appointments, manages class schedules, helps calculate trainer payroll and much more. This flexible application was designed to work with any club's PT program and integrates with Point of Sale for easy tracking of member sessions and packages. Keep tabs on sessions purchased, check-in, cancelled and late cancelled through the Scheduler's detailed calendar, automatic texting and reports.
