FAQ's

How much does your software cost?

There are no upfront or monthly maintenance fees for our software package. It is provided to you at no charge to complement our billing services. Training and Tech Support are also included in the software package at no additional charge.

Is your software Internet based or desktop?

Our system is a hybrid; it combines immediate live information via the Internet with a foolproof desktop based backup database. If you should ever lose Internet access, you won't lose functionality because essential club functions, like attendance tracking, are housed in the desktop software.

I want employees to access member information, but not financial. Is this possible?

You can set each employee up with their own password and security access, limiting the items they can view or edit based on their job responsibilities. You can give them as much or as little access as you want.

If a member is past due will they still be allowed entry into the club?

The software is designed to notify you, upon member check-in, if they are current or past due on either membership dues or other charges they've made in the club. Whether you allow them to use the club that day is up to you, however we do recommend that you review their account with them and either put them on the phone with our Customer Service department to arrange a payment, or have them go to myasfaccount.com and make a payment online.

Can I ring up purchases for members without them having to carry cash?

Yes, we've got a couple of options to help you do this. Members and employees can pay up front and establish a prepaid account from which they can deduct future purchases. Or, you can use our club charge feature which allows members to deduct purchases from the same account ASF bills for monthly dues. If the payment doesn't go through for some reason, it will notify you the next time that member checks in for a workout.

My employees are too busy to data enter contracts, can ASF do it for me?

Just fax or mail the contacts to us and, for a small fee, we can enter them for you. After the contracts are entered, we scan them and make them available online for reference.
